Our Mission
Our mission is to create an inspiring and welcoming space where dancers can push themselves, have fun, and learn from incredible teachers and choreographers.
We aim to foster new friendships, build confidence, and provide a safe, engaging environment that parents can rely on for full-day programs during the holidays.
Most importantly, we strive to create an experience dancers will love and will want to return to again and again.
About Us
Hello,

My name is Nat Drake and I am the founder of Amplify Dance Collective.
Amplify was created from a very personal place. While searching for a holiday program for my daughter, I had a clear vision of the experience I wanted her to have: inspiring teachers, high-quality training in a fun and supportive environment, and a program she could attend for a full day rather than just an hour here and there (a real challenge for working parents during the holidays!). When I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, I decided to create it myself.
I have been dancing since the age of four, and it continues to be a huge part of my life. In my early 20s, I had the opportunity to teach jazz and tap at the same dance school where I trained. Now, as a dance mum, my perspective has expanded even further. I’m incredibly passionate about fostering a love of dance in young people and creating a positive, inspiring environment where kids feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow.
Day-to-day, I am the Owner/Director and Head of Operations at Vivid Sport Management and have worked in the sports management industry for almost 20 years. In 2012, when I received my AFL Agent Accreditation, I was one of just a handful of women working in the player management space within the AFL. I was also among a small group of women to become an accredited agent with the NRL in 2014.
I hold a degree in Communications and a Graduate Certificate in Elite Athlete Mentoring, and I currently work predominantly within the AFL and AFLW space.
Dance has given me so much, and I am committed to helping the next generation experience that same joy and confidence.

Nat
